You must notify us via email (kendellkeechtutoring@gmail.com) ((kendellkeechtutoring@gmail.com))at least 24 hours prior to your tutoring lesson to receive a refund. If cancellation notification is sent within 24 hours of the tutoring lesson, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Booking opens 14 days prior to the lesson time. You are encouraged to book lessons in advance to secure a desired time slot and tutor.

When accessing the booking calendar, you will have the option to choose your desired tutor based on their availability.
